I don’t know anyone that doesn’t like pumpkin in some way. They can be used to make sweet or savory dishes, you can carve them and even eat the seeds. Many of us have a bad habit of sticking to the same old pumpkin recipes we have always used. So we decided to find some new ways to use this plentiful fall veggie. NYNJ searched long and hard to find some unique recipes that your families and friends will either love or hate, but you won’t know unless you give one a try.
