Since 1995, Bailey’s Smokehouse has been serving up delicious smoked barbecue in Blauvelt, New York. To get the full “Bailey’s experience” you must order their mac n’ cheese pulled pork egg rolls.
Local tip, the corn soufflé is what makes the trip complete. If you’re like me and have a hard time deciding what to order, Bailey’s offers platters that include two hefty sides. The platters are great for sharing.
Aside from the barbecue, they’re also known for their pizza and large beer selection. I ordered the BBQ dark meat chicken platter and the BBQ sampler platter with corn soufflé, mac n’ cheese, and fries.
Bailey’s has a bar upstairs with additional seating, great for watching sports or hanging in a crowd. Downstairs has more of a restaurant feel. Currently, Bailey’s is offering curbside and delivery only. Order online and they bring your order to your car. Their hours are Sunday through Friday 12pm to 8pm and 12pm to 9pm on Saturdays.
This is a nice family spot for all ages, you can find something for almost everyone.

My name is Joanna Spano. When I first started food blogging, it became a joke since I had always taken so many pictures of food. I would frequently send them to my friends/family, and my latest obsession was always a big topic of conversation. In addition to my food blogging, I am in the process of becoming a Registered Nurse in Rockland county, where I was raised for my whole life. The location I have grown up in has impacted me in every aspect in my life and I am thrilled to be able to show everyone this through the food and restaurants that I enjoy so much.
