When speaking of uber-famous Chefs, Emeril has to be on your short list.  Emeril Lagasse who became a house hold name in the 90’s on the Food Network, where he coined the word “BAM”.  The celebrity-chef/restaurateur has kicked up his portfolio with Rodos in the lobby of Chelsea’s Hotel Henri (37 W 24th St) on January 8th, 2019.

Rodos serves Greek Seafood with a Cajun twist. The restaurant is the first project as a part of Emeril’s new consulting division, We Love Food Hospitality.

Bam, Bam, Bam!

The menu includes: Louisiana crawfish-stuffed clams, grilled branzino, avgolemono, a chicken, orzo, and lemon soup, Cajun caviar at standard Chelsea prices.

Lagasse runs a culinary empire of nearly a dozen other restaurants in New Orleans, Vegas, Pennsylvania and Florida, but now is offering something for New Yorkers.
