‘Hudson Market on Main’, Grand Opening in Nyack

A 45-seat café run by students at RCC Hospitality and Tourism is having their grand opening today. The highly anticipated culinary collaboration is between RCC and Flik Hospitality.

The café will serve up tasty soups, salads, sandwiches and baked goods.  They will also be serving coffee from Suffern-based Java Love.

RCC Hospitality and Tourism says it’s students will run and manage the cafe. That means some of the food creations they make during their classes will be a part of the cafe’s menu adjusting with the seasons.

The café will also carry 5 Spoke Creamery in Goshen and Nettle Meadow in Warrensburg and other retail items from various vendor throughout the Hudson Valley.

There will be free samples given out at 1 PM today to celebrate the grand opening.

Normal business hours are from 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Monday through Saturday and 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM on Sundays.

‘Hudson Market on Main’ is located at 5 N. Main St (Broadway and Main/Rte 59) in the heart of downtown Nyack.
