LEGOLAND’s NY resort will open on July 4, 2020. The new amusement park will feature over 50 rides, attractions, hotels and shows over seven themed “lands” on 150 acres. LEGOLAND’s single day admission tickets will start at $62.99 and annual passes start at $119.99. LEGOLAND New York is located on Route 17 in Goshen (Orange County) approximately 60 miles northwest of the city.
Originally LEGOLAND had looked at Haverstraw, New York in Rockland County, but those plans fell through due to traffic and over population concerns. This resort marks the ninth to open globally and third in North America. The other two US locations are Carlsbad, California and Winter Haven, Florida.
“The Fourth of July means family,” and at LEGOLAND theme parks, families can ride, climb, play, learn and build together. We’re thrilled to invite families across the northeast, the country and the world to make our theme park a tradition for summer fun.”

The project came in at $350 million dollars and will be the largest LEGOLAND in the world. This is New York, we don’t do small. More information and prices can be found on their website, www.LEGOLAND.com/New-York.
