How many homes does Rosie O’Donnell own?? She is selling the last of her lavish East Coast properties. Earlier this year, the comedian and TV personality sold three luxurious homes, two in South Nyack, NY, and one in West Palm Beach, FL. She also owned the infamous “Helen Hayes” home on Broadway in Upper Nyack, NY at one point.
This week, she relisted her Saddle River, NJ, estate for $6 million. The price is less than the $6,375,000 she originally paid for the 5.7-acre property in 2013.

The six-bedroom, nine-bath estate is special to say the least.. The circular motor court and turreted entry are quite regal.
Other features include five fireplaces, an elevator, family room with a pub-style bar, and a paneled screening room.
The massive kitchen with double islands and top of the line appliances is next to a breakfast room with a glass skylight.
The property comes with a one-bedroom, two-bath pool house with a full kitchen and laundry facilities.
Naturally there’s a pool. It’s designed as a grotto and features a waterfall, a children’s plunge pool, and an oversize spa.
The grounds also include a natural gas generator that can service the entire estate, a basketball court that can double as additional parking space, and a three-car garage with an studio.
Where is O’Donnell headed? Looks like the NYC is in her plans. According to reports, she paid $8 million for a four-bedroom triplex penthouse in Manhattan a little over a year ago.
The 56-year-old New York native is currently playing the plain-talking mother of the lead character on Showtime’s “SMILF.”
