New York and New Jersey are bracing for what could be the coldest Thanksgiving on record, with low temperatures and windy weather forecast for the annual Thanksgiving holiday parade in NYC. The weather service in New York said the best way to describe the forecast for Thanksgiving is cold, as temperatures will be no warmer than 30 degrees, with lows as cold as 14 degrees. Wind chills are expected to be in single digits in the morning with winds up to 25 mph. According to the weather service, there is a possibility for record low maximum temperatures and record low temperatures for Nov. 22. frigid winds that could whip through NYC during Macy’s annual balloon-filled Thanksgiving Day Parade.
