WATKINS GLEN, NEW YORK

The iconic Woodstock four-day festival was in the summer of 1969 and took place in Bethel, NY (not Woodstock).  The concerts timing could have not been more perfect.  The 60’s care free lifestyle mixed with the emerging Civil Rights movement, anti-war protests, and some of the best musicians ever assembled in this one of a kind experience.  Jefferson Airplane, Jimi Hendrix, Santana, The Grateful Dead, The Who, Janis Joplin, Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young and many more performed for the crowd of over 400,000.

The 50th anniversary is slated for August 16th, 17th and 18th.
